The initial design comprises the ground plan, with the measurements of the various spaces and the size and layout of the rooms. The right compromise between operating needs and any structural and regulatory constraints is found in agreement with the customer. At the quotation stage, Reson8 also defines the characteristics of rooms related to the audio and video sector: leisure areas, kitchens, meeting rooms, offices, practice rooms, stores and editorial and post-production workstations.
